With the start of the year, we've been inundated with a wave of news about this year's events - we just wrote about this year's RECON, and already we have news for you about TransWorld's upcoming Room Escape Conference & Tour. When will this American event take place? What do we already know about this year's attractions? How much do tickets cost? Check it out!
Let's start with the most important information.
TransWorld is the nation's largest dedicated conference for the interactive entertainment industry, TransWorld's Interactive Entertainment Show features vendors, on-site demos, networking opportunities and dozens of targeted educational seminars presented by industry leaders.
The event will take place February 2-5 at AMERICA'S CENTER (701 Convention Plaza, St. Louis, MO 63101).
To attend the seminars, each person attending the event must be registered on the TransWorld website. During TransWorld, attendees will be able to take part in shows (including makeup shows), seminars, networking, games, a costume ball and much more.
A detailed schedule can be found on the TransWorld website in the EVENTS tab.
Interactive Entertainment and Seminars are sold in packages and individually. The price of a single entry to a seminar starts at $55, and the price for a package starts at $250. Not all events are paid - on the website, along with the price list, you can find a list of free event presentations, which additionally do not require registration.
TransWorld also hosts a number of themed events. TransWorld's Interactive Entertainment Show will also feature The Halloween & Attractions Show and TransWorld's Christmas Show.

Editor-in-chief, Writer
Journalist and indologist by profession. Writer, marketer, tarantulas keeper and urbex explorer by heart. In the meantime I’m playing escape rooms and board games, and I wonder how I find time to sleep (still dunno). I was born to write - my favorite forms of expression are extensive articles preceded by a long research, and horror stories (for some it’s the same).

Even with a huge budget, you can fail by organizing a competition in a field that is specific, niche, and that needs to be well understood. Escape rooms are definitely such a field. An entertainment that globally emerged only a dozen years ago has already seen a sports movement. Red Bull was the first to organize such championships, but it is now the Poles who are behind the most popular games.
